Our Process

To make a referral or talk to us about what you need and how we can help, contact us. Our referral process aims to ensure that each child gets the right support from the start.
We treat all referrals with the urgency required and accept emergency referrals. To ensure the best success for children all referrals are subject to:
 

• Initial referral
• Screening tool
• Discussion with the referrals team
• Profile shared with home manager for assessment
• Planning for transition

Placement stability is important to everyone involved in the process of moving on from one home and moving into one of our homes.

We want to work with children, their families, local authorities and other professionals and providers to make sure any decisions are in the best interests of children. We know this sometimes has to happen quickly and have the skills to support you through this process.
